Returns, Refunds & Alterations

We do not accept any returns nor issue refunds as all our gowns are custom made. If a Custom to Rent gown has been made available to you, a rental deposit of $700 will be collected upon delivery of your gown and refunded once the gown has been returned without damage. You may choose to forfeit your deposit should you decide to keep your gown with no added charges.

We currently provide complimentary fit alterations for our Singapore brides. Fit alterations include adjusting lines at the waist, bust, armholes, shoulders etc and do not comprise of any amendments to the design of the gown. Any extra materials and labour required for a design alteration will be evaluated independently and charged accordingly.

For brides whose orders fit within our recommended timeline, your gown should be completed and collected 4-6 weeks prior to your event date. Any minor fit alterations you require after can be done with our local seamstress with a small top-up fee.

Payment

We require full payment as confirmation of your gown order. We do not provide any refunds upon cancellation as the procurement of materials and production begins upon confirmation.

We accept PayNow for both deposit and balance payment and credit card for balance payment only. Please speak to your consultant if you require further assistance.

Recommended Timeline

We currently recommend a minimum leadtime of 8-10 months for a custom piece. This allows our brides to have ample time to ponder over their design and materials while providing our teams with a good runway for production and to perfect your fit.

Our Prices

Our gowns are categorised into Mixed Materials, Minimalist, Cheongsam and Ballgown. The pricing for each category is fixed as we hope to give our brides a clear idea of what to expect. In the event of add-ons such as detachable items, custom veils, premium materials or more laborious workmanship, your consultant will always notify you of a potential top-up.

Online Custom Experience

As an online studio, our primary modes of communication with our brides are over WhatsApp and Zoom calls for deeper discussions. This process has allowed our brides to stay connected with us regardless of their busy schedules without unnecessary visits to the studio. Our team is extremely responsive during the week and you will get to meet us during your first fitting.
