We currently offer complimentary delivery to Singapore, (rest of locations tbc), excluding duties and taxes that vary by country. PTL is not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred should the recipient reject a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Please make sure that someone is available to receive your parcel on the day of delivery.

Orders made via the website will be delivered within 8-10 weeks of payment.

Sizing

As each garment is sewn by our tailors and artisans, there may be slight variations when it comes to sizing. The sizing for each product will also differ, please refer to the sizing chart on each product page for the expected sizing for each piece.

Made-to-order

All of our pieces are made-to-order based on your semi-custom selections and sizing to ensure zero wastage in our production. As each piece is made by hand, there will be variations on print, placement and stitching. In the event that any material is unavailable, our team will be in touch.
