Consultation

After your payment is successfully processed, we'll schedule an online consultation with you via email.

Please make sure to check your email, including your junk/spam folders, and ensure you're reachable at the email address provided in the form.

Quote

Once we've finalised the design and materials for your dream gown, we'll provide a final quote for the full cost of production.

Our gowns typically range from USD $1,800 to USD $3,000+, depending on factors such as the type and amount of material used, and the level of detailing work involved. The majority of our gowns fall under USD $2,600.

Please note that payment in full is required to proceed with your gown, and we do not offer refunds upon cancellation. Payment can be made securely through our website, and we currently do not offer payment plans.

Production

After we receive full payment, our team will begin production.

You'll receive a mid-way update and progress pictures. Your gown will be ready within 3-4 months and delivered to your doorstep.

We recommend setting aside a budget for final fit alterations with your local seamstress. Plan for alterations 3-4 weeks before your event for the best fit.
